Professor Eustase Janky is a specialist in gynecology and obstetrics who has served as a University Professor and Hospital Practitioner since 1990. He is Head of the Parent–Child Department at Guadeloupe University Hospital.

He is also Professor Emeritus at the University of the Antilles and has served as President of the Guadeloupe Red Cross since April 2025.

His contributions have been recognized with two of France's highest honors: Officer of the National Order of Merit (2011) and Officer of the Legion of Honor (2023).

Since March 2022, Martine RAMJATTAN has served as Deputy Director in charge of billing revenue, social services and administrative departments at Guadeloupe University Hospital.

She has held management roles within hospital institutions since January 2017.

She also serves as President of Caraïbes Santé Réseau, an organization dedicated to international health cooperation based at Guadeloupe University Hospital.

Dominique COMAN is a senior manager in the public hospital sector in Guadeloupe. Since January 2024, he has headed both the Louis Daniel Beauperthuy Hospital Centre in Pointe-Noire and the Maurice Selbonne Hospital Centre in Bouillante.

He has more than 20 years of experience in hospital management.

He is also the founder of Green Revolution 3.0, a company created in 2023 to promote ecological transition and innovative waste management. He has also worked as a consultant through Excellence Development Consulting since 2020.

A consensus-builder and committed advocate in the social and civic sectors, Jean-Claude MONTANTIN has held numerous senior positions within major regional organizations. He notably served as Director of the Guadeloupe Polyclinic for around ten years before joining its Board of Directors.

Key positions held: 1st Vice-President of the Guadeloupe Family Allowance Fund (2010–2013); 1st Secretary, then 3rd Vice-President, of the Regional Economic and Social Council from 1989 to 2012; Co-founder and 2nd Vice-President of the Regional Association of Auditors of the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies (AR 31 Guadeloupe); Vice-President in 2000, then President since 2002, of the Association for Socio-Educational Integration in Guadeloupe (APISEG); Founding President of the Guadeloupe Mediators' Collective (COMeG).

He is also an aviation enthusiast and served as President of the Les Ailes Guadeloupéennes flying club. He is a trainer and instructor for the Basic Aeronautical Certificate (BIA).

Noé ÉTIENNE is an airline pilot, flight instructor and international aviation examiner, with professional experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle-East and the Caribbean.

A specialist in risk management, decision-making and critical situations, he provides training, auditing and operational support, including for senior professionals. Certified under Qualiopi, he also contributes to crisis-management programs inspired by aviation methods.

He is also involved in international health cooperation as Director of the Caraïbes Santé Réseau association, based at Guadeloupe University Hospital.

Formerly a banking executive, Serge DOYON has also worked as a management consultant specializing in financial expertise, particularly in the health, social care and public-interest sectors.

From 2015 to 2021, he served as Vice-President and then President of the medical and social care commission within the Regional Health Agency (ARS) of Guadeloupe, Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy. He was also a member of the CRCSA's standing committee.
